Digital Communication & Email Policy
The Saint Martin's Centre for Research & Accreditation Commission (SMCRAC) is committed to maintaining integrity, security, and transparency in all forms of digital communication. This policy governs the use of email, electronic messaging, and digital platforms associated with SMCRAC.

Email Content & Professional Conduct:
- All official SMCRAC communications must maintain professional, ethical, and respectful language.
- Transmission of defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, or unlawful content is prohibited.
- Confidential information must be handled with due care and disclosed only to authorized recipients.
Data Security & Confidentiality:
- Digital communications may contain confidential or sensitive information related to nominations, evaluations, or institutional matters.
- Unauthorized forwarding, copying, or public disclosure of such information is strictly prohibited.
- SMCRAC is not liable for breaches caused by recipient negligence, compromised devices, or third-party platforms.

Record Retention:
